I had my blood drawn this morning with D'angelo at Secure Health Partners on Cherry St. in Denver. He's great! He is a very good phlebotomist and was very helpful and friendly.

The people who do the draws here are really friendly. The staff at the front desk are always a little salty and rude it seems. The last time I was here they were talking bad about a new coworker loudly enough for patients in the lobby to hear, and now I’m in here and the lady was completely rude to me about a misunderstanding. Not sure I’ll return to this lab in the future. Update: turns out the woman at the front desk today was also doing the blood draw. She was actually perfectly nice once I got back there for the draw but the first interaction with her at the front desk? Oof.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I did a 12 hour fast to have my blood drawn, and this is the place I was scheduled to have that done. I went in about 7:50am yesterday. I left shortly after 9am. There were 2 different women who attempted to do the blood draw. Neither one was able to do the job correctly. I was poked a total of 7 times. One of my arms is bruised from one of their attempts. I had to drive 45 minutes to get there, so they said they would have their lead Phlebotomist call me either later that day or the following day. I had not received a call by close to the end of the day, so I called and left a message. I received a call back today from a lady who had a bunch of excuses. She started off by saying that they don't offer home blood draws unless you are homebound and some other instances. I explained that I was told by both of the women that tried to do the blood draw and failed at their job, that the lead phlebotomist would come out to do the blood draw. At one point, she said something to the effect that when she talked to the women, they told a different story than what I was saying. She admitted that she hadn't even heard about the situation until she received my voicemail. I clearly this up very quickly by pointing out that the only reason she even knew about the situation was because I called, pointing out that neither of these women had even done the follow-up they said they were going to do when I left their office. How do you forget to follow-up and fix a situation with someone that you poked with a needle 7 times and failed to draw blood from?!?!?!? Then, she tried to say that they normally charge a fee to do a blood draw in house. Your company failed to do their job, it is your companies job to resolve that, not the customer. In the end, she called me back and said I would have to go elsewhere and they wouldn't fix their failure. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I visited Secure Health Partners for a blood draw. Despite having an appointment, upon being checked in the front desk incorrectly marked me as a walk-in, resulting in about an hour long wait. They also didn’t realize I had paid in advance for my appointment and we’re telling me I needed to pay a second time.The absolute worst part of the experience was that the lab company I used, Genova, allowed me to activate my test online and provide an activation code so I didn’t need to share my Social Security Number with a random front desk person. They nonetheless demanded my SSN and said without it Genova would reject the test. I called Genova after the blood draw, and they confirmed I needed to provide them with nothing but the activation code and that they NEVER require SSN with any test.I’m giving a 2-star review (rather than 1) because the phlebotomist was very apologetic to how rude the front desk person was to me. They were also understanding when I needed to reschedule this appointment.Regardless, I will not be returning here again and strongly advise others look for alternatives.

Went in for a drug test, ended up having to leave because I waited for 30 minutes and no one helped me. There were only two other people there. Unacceptable.
